We work to identify potential problems and resolve them before they occur and disrupt your work. We’ll strategize your long-term planning and consulting. You’ll have unlimited access to remote support for your end users. At least twice a month, your dedicated engineer will visit your company to take care of routine IT maintenance and management that meets IT best practice requirements. Unexpected IT issues can and do still occur, but we’ll have you covered. Labor spent on unexpected IT issues are included in this package.
As White Glove clients, you have the highest priority. Because of all the unlimited proactive attention given to your network, IT failures that affect business operations are extremely rare and your downtime would be as minimal as possible.
Pricing is based off of the number of end users. All IT related operational expenses are covered in this package, regardless of total time spent on your behalf We provide complete transparency into everything we do for each client via detailed monthly invoices and reports.
